After serving as a pastor, Bob embarked 25 years ago into a new career, teaching middle school students. English and history, are the areas of Bob’s passion. Making the classroom not only a place to learn, but also have fun while you learn, is Bob’s goal as a teacher. In addition to classroom teaching, Bob has also served as a principal. He also teaches English 1A at a local college.

Austin Nunn has his degree in Performance and Directing: Theatre Arts from Vanguard University of Southern California. He directs for local theatres and perform in his down time. Austin wants every learning environment to be engaging, inclusive and feel like Disneyland (a good time). He can often be found with coffee in one hand and water in the other. In between degrees, Cindy venture into engineering and worked as a Process Engineer in the Semiconductor/ Computer industry. Beginning as a child, Margie pursued her love for music. After majoring in Major at Western Baptist College she built multiple orchestra programs and currently runs the Placer County Youth Orchestra, a full symphonic, youth orchestra. She also teaches dynamic music based history classes like “Musical History Drama” which combines music, drama, dancing, performance, and history to create a multidimensional class.

Jessica Quintana earned her degree in Spanish with Honors at U.C.Davis and completed her teaching credential at Sacramento State University. She has taught Spanish to preschoolers, adults, and every age in between. She is passionate about helping students to develop a love for other languages and cultures, sharing tools and resources that help learners grow, and spreading the message that anyone can learn a new language!

Travis grew up in Newcastle and went to the University of Nevada, Reno, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Music. He also studied Spanish at Andrés Bello University in Chile, for a semester abroad. Aside from teaching Spanish at Enriched Loomis and Physical Education at Bluedoor, Travis works as a private music instructor for piano, drums and ukulele, as well as a tutor for reading, writing and basic math at the Auburn Tutoring Center. He enjoys rock-climbing, playing music and camping.
